MCC Dance Team qualifies for Jazz finals
The McLennan Community College Dance Team qualified for Friday's finals in the Jazz Junior College division at the NDA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, Florida with a preliminary score of 90.9714. The other two finalists are Utah State University Eastern (93.4) and Odessa College (88.1429). Preliminary scores do not carry over to the final round. The teams will take the floor at 3:51 p.m. (CT) Friday to compete for the national title.
McLennan will also compete in the preliminaries for Junior College Hip Hop at 7:42 a.m. (CT) Friday with finals in that division set for Saturday morning.
