NTJCAC Baseball Players of the Week (March 26 - April 1)

The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Baseball Players of the Week for the week of March 26 – April 1.

Marco Rivera of Vernon College is the NTJCAC Baseball Position Player of the Week. The sophomore outfielder from Puerto Rico had a .652 batting average and a 1.522 slugging percentage for the week. In 6 games, he had 3 doubles, 6 home runs, 15 RBIs, 11 runs scored and 2 stolen bases.

Trevor Hukill of Vernon College is the NTJCAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week. The freshman from Mansfield, TX went 1-0 last week. In 7 innings pitched, he did not allow an earned run on 6 hits with 7 strikeouts and only 1 walk.
