The Metro Athletic Conference has announced the Baseball Players of the Week for the week of April 9-15.

Tylor Frailey of Cedar Valley College is the MAC Baseball Position Player of the Week. The sophomore centerfielder from Midlothian, TX hit .600 for the week with 3 doubles, 7 runs scored and an on-base percentage of .714.

Shannon Broussard of Cedar Valley College is the MAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week. The sophomore left-hander from Baytown, TX went 1-0 last week. In 8 innings pitched, he only allowed 1 earned run on 7 hits with 4 strikeouts to improve his season record to 7-1.
