The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Baseball Players of the Week for the week of March 31 – April 6.

Clay Stevens of North Central Texas College is the NTJCAC Baseball Position Player of the Week.

The freshman outfielder from Muenster, TX had a .550 batting average for the week with 4 doubles, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs, 9 runs scored, 2 walks and a stolen base. He had a 1.675 OPS and hit .455 with runners in scoring position.

Rhett Kouba of North Central Texas College is the NTJCAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

The freshman righthander from El Reno, OK went 1-0 for the week. He threw a 7-inning complete-game without allowing an earned run on just 3 hits. He also struck out 13 without giving up a walk.
