DAC Baseball Players of the Week (April 30)

The Dallas Athletic Conference has announced the Baseball Players of the Week for the week of April 21-27.

Ruben Alcala of Brookhaven College is the DAC Baseball Position Player of the Week.

The sophomore shortstop from El Paso, TX hit .471 for the week with 3 doubles, 1 home run, 7 RBIs, 6 runs scored and a 1.237 OPS.

Tyler Stone of Eastfield College is the DAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

The sophomore righthander from Rockwall, TX went 1-0 last week. In 6 innings pitched, he did not allow an earned run while giving up just 4 hits with 9 strikeouts and 5 walks.
