DAC Baseball Players of the Week (May 7)

The Dallas Athletic Conference has announced the Baseball Players of the Week for the week of April 28 – May 4.

Jose Castillo of Cedar Valley College is the DAC Baseball Position Player of the Week.

The freshman outfielder from Dallas, TX hit .667 for the week with 6 doubles, 10 RBIs, 4 walks and 4 runs scored.

Ryan Harris of Brookhaven College is the DAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week.

The sophomore lefthander from Richmond, TX made two appearances last week, picking up a pair of saves. In 3 2/3 innings worked, he did not allow an earned run and only gave up 2 hits with 3 strikeouts. He had a 1.09 WHIP.
