Lo-A-Njoe, Miller claim Region V Golf Players of the Week honors

Carmen Gonzales Lo-A-Njoe of McLennan Community College and Davis Miller of McLennan Community College were selected the Region V Golf Players of the Week.

A freshman from Barendrecht, The Netherlands, Lo-A-Njoe shot rounds of 76 and 78 for a final mark of 154 to finish tied for third individually at the Blinn Invitational. Led by her game, the Highlander women placed second in the team standings.
A sophomore from Dallas, Texas, Miller recorded rounds of 69, 72 and 73 for a total score of 214 to finish in third individually. His efforts led the Highlanders to the team title at the Blinn Invitational.
