Region V Men's Basketball Players of the Week (Feb. 26)

Region V has announced the Men's Basketball Players of the Week for the week of Feb. 17-23.

The Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Week is Kedrian Johnson of Temple College.

The 6-3 freshman guard from Dallas scored 30 points or more in all three of the Leopards' games last week. He had 30 points against McLennan, 32 against Ranger and 37 against Southwestern Christian. He shot 52 percent on two-pointers, 35 percent on three-pointers and 80 percent from the free-throw line. He also had 11 rebounds, 12 steals and 9 assists.

The Dallas Athletic Conference Player of the Week is Caleb Williams of Richland College.

The 6-2 sophomore guard from Gladewater, TX had 57 points, 17 rebounds and 3 assists in two games while leading Richland to a pair of wins to secure the Region V championship last week.

There were no nominations for Western Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Week.
