Region V Men's Basketball Players of the Week (Nov. 26)

Region V has announced the Men's Basketball Players of the Week for the week of Nov. 17-23.

The Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Week is Kedrian Johnson of Temple College.

The 6-3 guard from Dallas, TX averaged more than 27 points a game last week.  He had 39 points, 3 assists, and 3 steals in an 82-81 road win at Navarro. He also had 20 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds, and 3 steals including 16 points in a 23-4 run in the second half of TC's 78-71 win over No. 11 Western Texas. Johnson also had 23 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals vs. Strength N Motion.

The Dallas Athletic Conference Player of the Week is D'Angelo Smith of Eastfield College.

The 6-2 sophomore forward from Houston, TX averaged 19.4 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.4 steals per game last week. Smith went 40 of 68 from the field.
