Johnson named WJCAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week

Dior Johnson of Clarendon College was selected as the Western Junior College Athletic Conference's Men's Basketball Player of the Week.

A 6-3 freshman point guard from Kingston, NY, Johnson was named the WJCAC Men's Basketball of the Week. In helping the Bulldogs to securing second-place in the WJCAC regular-season standings with a pair of big wins over ranked teams, he averaged 19 points and 6.5 rebounds per outing. He finished the week with 13 rebounds, 13 assists and seven steals, while hitting 13 of his 19 shots from the field.

The WJCAC did not select a Women's Basketball Player of the Week.
