WJCAC Men's Golfer of the Week (March 10)

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference (WJCAC) has announced the Men's Golf Player of the Week for the week of March 3-9.

George Saunders of Midland College is the WJCAC Men's Golfer of the Week.

Saunders, a freshman from Midland, TX finished as the runner-up at the TankLogix GreenTree Invitational at the Green Tree CC. Saunders' rounds of 67 and 65 put the golfer in second place behind only Texas Tech's Marcus Braadlie in the 74-player field.
