Ranger falls in District title game

The Ranger College men's soccer teamsaw their season come to an end with a 3-2 loss to Kansas City Kansas Community College in the championship match of the District Tournament in Topeka, Kan.

Ranger defeated No. 16 ranked Barton County Community College in the semifinals on Thursday.

The score was tied 1-1 at the end of regulation. After two scoreless overtime periods, Ranger finally won in penalty kicks. Ranger goalkeeper Juan Cediel made two stops in PKs to help his team to the win.
