NTJCAC Softball Players of the Week (March 25-31)

The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Softball Players of the Week for the week of March 25-31.

Lindsey Taylor of Temple College is the NTJCAC Softball Position Player of the Week.

The sophomore shortstop from Nederland, TX had an amazing .857 batting average last week with 2 doubles, 2 home runs, 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored.

Karina Sanchez of Temple College is the NTJCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week.

The sophomore right-hander from Del Valle, TX picked up a win in her only appearance last week. She pitched 7 innings without allowing an earned run and only giving up 3 singles. She struck out 14 batters while only allowing 1 walk.
