WJCAC Softball Players of the Week (March 25-31)

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Softball Players of the Week for the week of March 25-31.

Brooke Ryan of Odessa College is the WJCAC Softball Position Player of the Week.

The sophomore outfielder from Midland, TX hit .563 last week with 3 doubles, 2 triples, 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and 9 runs scored. She currently leads the nation in triples with 10.

Dezire Garcia of Clarendon College is the WJCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week.

The freshman from Oxnard, CA went 2-0 last week. She pitched 12 innings while only allowing 4 earned runs on 14 hits with 4 strikeouts.
