NTJCAC Softball Players of the Week (March 19)

The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Softball Players of the Week for the week of March 10-16.

Kristen Kamnick of Weatherford College is the NTJCAC Softball Position Player of the Week.

The freshman first baseman from Weatherford, TX hit .500 for the week with a double, 4 home runs, 2 walks, 9 RBIs and 5 runs scored.

Gabriela Lopez of North Central Texas College is the NTJCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week.

The freshman from Plano, TX went 2-0 last week. In 11 innings pitched, she allowed just 2 runs on 12 hits for a 0.182 ERA. She also only allowed 1 walk in 11 innings.
