NTJCAC Softball Players of the Week (April 2)

The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference has announced the Softball Players of the Week for the week of March 24-30.

Pal Egan of Vernon College is the NTJCAC Softball Position Player of the Week.

The freshman shortstop from Vernon, TX hit .495 for the week with a double, 3 triples, 2 home runs, 11 RBIs, 5 runs scored and 2 stolen bases. She had a 0.921 slugging percentage for the week.

Natalie Trujillo of Weatherford College is the NTJCAC Softball Pitcher of the Week.

The freshman righthander from Pearland, TX went 1-0 last week in 2 appearances. She pitched 12 innings, only allowing 3 earned runs on 7 hits with 10 strikeouts and 3 walks.
