WJCAC Softball Player of the Week (March 12-18)

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference has announced its Softball Players of the Week for March 12-18.

The WJCAC Softball Players of the Week are Morgan Dutton of Odessa College and Rayna Cruickshanks of Odessa College.

A sophomore from Olds, British Columbia, Cruickshanks was the WJCAC Pitcher of the Week after turning in a sensation week for Odessa College. Overall, she allowed just one run in 11 innings of work. She struck out 21 strikeouts without allowing a walk and won both of her outings.

A sophomore catcher from Conroe, Texas, Dutton was the WJCAC Position Player of the Week. She starred for OC last week, batting .777 with four doubles, a home run and four runs batted in. She also scored three times.
