Region V Women's Basketball Player of the Week (Jan. 22)

Region V has announced the Women's Basketball Player of the Week for the week of Jan. 13-19.

The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference Player of the Week is Briana Marshall of Collin College.

The 5-7 sophomore guard from Plano, TX scored 48 points in two games last week including a 32-point effort against Temple College. She added 6 rebounds, 4 steals and 3 assists while going 18 of 35 from the field.

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference did not receive any nominations this week.
