The McLennan Highlassies, under the guidance of first-year head coach Jones Mitchell, shot 338-313-316-313 – 1,280 to finish in third place at the NJCAA Women's National Championship at the par-72, 6,130 yard Longbow Golf Club in Mesa, Arizona.

Daytona State College finished in first with 289-289-287-287 – 1,152 followed by Seminole State in second with 308-306-284-294 – 1,192.

Sophomore Alejandra Rodriguez shot 82-80-82-72 – 316 to lead the Highlassies and finish in 16th place.

Western Texas College finished the four-round tournament in fifth place.
