Region V Division I Women's Soccer Player of the Week (Oct. 16)

NJCAA Region V has announced the Division 1 Women's Soccer Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 7-13.

Hill College's Madison Korkmas is the Division I player of the Week for Region V.

Korkmas, a sophomore from Saginaw, TX scored 2 goals on 4 shots last week as the Lady Rebels went 2-0. In a game against Cisco, Madison scored 2 goals from the PK spot and provided a clean sheet in the 4-0 win. In the game against Western Texas, she contributed with another solid defensive effort for another clean sheet in the 3-0 win.
