DAC Women's Soccer Player of the Week (Oct. 8)

NJCAA Region V has announced the Division III Women's Soccer Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 29 – Oct. 5.

Brookhaven College forward Victoria Sifuentes is the Dallas Athletic Conference Player of the Week.

The freshman from Carrollton, TX had another great week for Brookhaven with two dominant displays of attacking soccer. Sifuentes started her week off with great attacking flair against North Lake College. She would be rewarded by providing two goals and 2 assists to cap off a fine game. Tori would then continue her goal-scoring form in a hotly contested, NJCAA #1 versus #3 game against Richland College. She was relentless in her attacks and was rewarded in the 18th minute when she was on the end of a Taylor Brown cross, beat the defender and calmly shot the ball into the far corner. Tori has scored all the Lady Bears goals against Richland. She ended the week with 8 shots, 6 on goal, 3 goals and 2 assists.
