DAC Volleyball Player of the Week (Oct. 29)

The Dallas Athletic Conference has announced the Volleyball Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 20-26.

Eastfield College middle blocker Sydney Williams is the DAC Player of the Week.

The 5-9 sophomore from Bedford, TX had 27 kills (3.9 Kills per set) and had an attack percentage of .489. Sydney had only 5 hitting errors on 45 swings, she had 2 total blocks (0.3 blocks per set) and scored 31.0 points and averaged 4.4 points per set. She was the match leader in kills with 17 kills against Brookhaven College. Sydney had 3 service aces with only one missed serve. She was the point leader in both matches this week. Against Brookhaven College she had 17 kills and hit a phenomenal .615 and against Richland College had 10 kills and hit .316.
