Brookhaven wins DAC Tourney title in epic 5-set match

Brookhaven College is headed to the NJCAA Division III National Tournament after defeating Eastfield College in the Dallas Athletic Conference Tournament.

The Brookhaven Bears Women's Volleyball team slugged it out with regular season DAC Champion Eastfield winning in 5 games by scores of 25-27, 23-25, 25-23, 25-21, 16-14. The Lady Bears were able to stage a strong comeback after being down 2-0 in the first two games. The Bears will move on to the NJCAA DIII National Volleyball Tournament November 14-16 in Rochester, Minnesota.
