NTJCAC Women's Volleyball Players of the Week (Oct. 16-22)

The Northern Texas Junior College Athletic College has announced its Women's Volleyball Players of the Week for Oct. 16-22.

The NTJCAC Players of the Week are Izabella Ceratti of Hill College and Abby Folsom of Weatherford College.

A 5-9 sophomore outside hitter from Tijuana, Mexico, Ceratti led the team in kills with 31, hitting a 0.194. She also assisted the team with 28 digs, 8 blocks, 5 aces, and passed a 2.07 on 75 serve receive attempts

A 5-8 freshman setter from Denton, Texas, Folsom helped Weatherford take sole ownership of first place in Region 5 by running a well balanced offense. She not only had 75 assists across two matches, but 12 kills on 32 attempts with 0 errors for a .375 hitting efficiency. Abby had double-doubles in both matches, adding 13 and 12 digs, respectively.
