NTJCAC Women's Golfer of the Week (Oct. 15-21)

The North Texas Junior College Athletic Conference (NTJCAC) has announced the Women's Golf Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 15-21.

Joely Henderson of McLennan Community College is the Region V North Women's Golf Player of the Week. The sophomore from Midlothian, TX fired rounds of 73, 74 and 79 to finish in seventh place at the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic at Lincoln Park Golf Course in Oklahoma City. She led the Highlassies to a second-place team finish, only 15 strokes behind the tournament champion Texas Wesleyan University and 75 strokes ahead of the only other two-year college in the tournament.
