WJCAC Women's Volleyball Players of the Week (Oct. 23-29)

The Western Junior College Athletic Conference has announced it selection of Players of the Week for Oct. 23-29.

The WJCAC Players of the Week are Taylor Irving of Amarillo College and Baby Moleni of New Mexico Military Institute.

A 5-4 freshman libero from Amarillo, Texas, Irving had 7.625 digs/set with a pivotal conference win and against No. 10 NMJC. In eight sets, she had 12 assists and 61 digs

A 5-10 sophomore outside hitter from West Valley City, Utah, Moleni helped NMMI defeat two conference rivals by 3-0 scores on the road to close out the regular season. In six sets, she recorded 21 kills and just seven errors. She had 43 attacks, 26 digs and four block assists.
